Kevin Norris is a Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Maryland.  In 2002, Kevin became a licensed Professional Land Surveyor and currently sits on the board  of directors for the Maryland Society of Surveyors. Having more than thirty years of surveying experience, he has extensive knowledge and expertise in such areas as: land use and development; zoning interpretation; boundary disputes; adverse possession; easements; construction; title review; and more.  Kevin has also been an expert witness many times.

Additionally, Kevin is a lawyer admitted to practice law in the state of Maryland.  As such he is uniquely qualified to provide a broad range of services.  He is a lifelong resident of St. Mary’s County Maryland. After graduating from Leonardtown High School he attended Frostburg State College and finished his bachelor’s degree at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. He has served his community in a variety of ways: coaching youth basketball, baseball, and soccer; pastoring a church; ministering at nursing homes; and teaching at the College of Southern Maryland.
